Even though fall is just around the corner, I don't see the neon trend slowing down anytime soon.  however I do see bold prints & details being added to the mix of neon.  Here's a few of my picks, all under $100, that I would add the my fall wardrobe this year.  #4, #8 & #9 are my favorite.

Being on a tight budget shouldn't limit your fashion options. And trust me, I'm watching every penny I make!  But I can tell you, i'm still going to indulge my fashion craving.
