I finally decided to try Torchy's Tacos in Dallas for the first time this weekend.  I'm mad at myself for not going sooner!  So good! 

We started with the green chile queso, which is amazing! I love the hidden prize of guacamole under the cheesy goodness.  I decided to try the Trailer Park & the Crossroads tacos.  The Trailer Park is a piece of fried chicken in a flour tortilla.  Now you can get it trashy, which is taking off the lettuce and smothering it in queso.  Next time i'll get it trashy cause {most} anything smothered in cheese is good.  The Crossroads is a beef brisket taco.  You can not go wrong with brisket.*wipes drool off chin*  This is Texas by george!  Now my friend got the Baja Shrimp.  Again, you can't go wrong with fried shrimp!  *drool* All I can say, get your ass to Torchy's soon if you haven't been.  There's 3 locations in the Dallas area.  Hurry before your taste buds hate you for depriving them of this deliciousness. 

I've already begun thinking about my next trip.  And the only question I have is, do they serve breakfast tacos all day?
