This post should really be dedicated to my good friend Pepper and her love for blue.  I joke with her (a lot) about her need to fill her closet with blue, but blue is her signature color.  You should see her wedding shoes. Remember the blue SATC (the movie) Manolos? Yep those were here wedding shoes. Here's to you Pepper!!

I have this sudden, overwhelming urge to fill my closet with the color blue.  Cobalt, navy, cerulean, light blue, burple, the list goes on and on.  It is my favorite color to wear since it makes my blue eyes pop.  Emerald may be the color of 2013, but a lovely royal blue is easier to transition from spring to summer than a deep emerald.    Oh, and did I mention it makes my eyes pop?

I add these blue beauty to my wardrobe this past weekend.  I found it at Nordstrom Rack (my favorite place to shop) .   Navy is a fall trend, but honestly, this blue looks great on me. Some call it purple, but it's not! It's blue.  Its super soft and super comfy, so I must go back and get it in black.  I think they had emerald green too.

Since I've been off most of the past week, I've been going commando on the foot wear. However, I have had some highlights that i thought needed to but put in print.  I would have captured the whole look, but since my pets don't have thumbs, it makes it hard to find someone to capture the full glory of my outfits.  So this will just have to do! Enjoy!

       Well, actually, i'm not even a bridesmaid, but ya know.  It's starting to feel that way.  Especially since I just got ANOTHER "Save the Date" card.  When is it my turn?? Though I haven't quite found the right groom {yet ;)}.  

       On Friday, I was on a mad hunt for a dress for a dressy, yet comfy wedding that's coming up.  After trying on half a dozen dresses at H&M, to no avail, I hopped on over, well walked down the stairs, to Zara's.  I'd been there before, but never really found anything that screamed buy me! (that i could at least afford, cause trust me, I have found plenty of items i can NOT legally afford)  I did try on a few dresses and 1 XXL leopard print button up.  I have big boobs & thought MAYBE juuuust maybe it would fit- yeah no. TOOO big.  {Insert sad face here}  The one dress I really wanted kind-of didn't fit, but I wanted it just 1 size larger.  No one wants to see my VPL.  However, I did find this gorgeous cobalt/navy blue dress with an amazing plaited necklace.  How hot is this?  I hope it looks this good on me! I wanted to find the perfect yellow shoes, but was able to find a pair of nude strapy heels from Target that didn't take any attention away from the dresses neckline.  Gorgeous right?  More pics to come of that fringe in action!  Stay tuned!
