In lue of the cable I do not have anymore (AT&T went bye bye from my complex) I have been watching a multitude of movies. Tonight's main event is What's Eating Gilbert Grape. Nothing is better than watching Johnny Depp play and awkward character, but I do have to say my mind keeps wondering thinking about grape colored shoes! So while I enjoy the rest of the movie, you enjoy this encore of juicy purple shoes!

For those who know me, know of my undying love for the Vegas! Vegas boast what I think is the best shopping around. You can go from Forever 21 to H&M to Gucci all in one location. Everytime I go to Vegas, theres always some new place to shop, but there are 4 main staples to shop at while in Vegas and 1 new contender that is finally complete and looks amazing!!! Here's my top 5 Vegas shopping hotspots!
1. The Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace:
This is the greatest mall ever. Period. End of sentence.
2. Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood:
Probably the most affordable shops on the strip!
3. The Shops at the Palazzo & the Grand Canal Shops at the Venitian:
Not for the budget friendly, but just amazing to walk through. The mall connects both hotels together.
4. Fashion Show Mall:
On the north end of the strip. You know I've been to Vegas about 9 times and not once have I been here, but I hear the shopping is great.
5. The Crystals at City Center:
I remember when this was being built last year. It was just spectacular on the outside. I can't wait to go back this summer and finally get to see the inside!
So lately i've been crazy obsessed with cross body bags, or known to most as messenger bags. Of course I would love to purchase a Louis Vuitton cross body bag, but lets be real, I'm not one to spend $1,000 on a small bag. However I have found several bags that are not just affordable, thank you Forever 21, but also lust worthy, that you be you Mr. Jacobs! Crossbody Bags are a great option for not just going out, but also when shopping. They leave your hands free while still keeping your belongs close by!
It's that time of year again!! That's right people it's flip flop season! Granted I wear them all the time. Yes even when it's cold. C'mon i used to live in California. It's acceptable, I promise. Since this is the time for our little piggies to finally see the light of day for a very long time, i thought I would touch on a few do's and don'ts when it comes to wearing flip flops.
Find a brand you can wear for long periods of time. I can't wear Old Navy ones because that little plastic between the toes literally rubs the skin off! Which will ruin my chances of wearing flip flops for a while. So I choose Havaiana's! Not cheap, but they last FOREVER!!! I still have some that i bought 5 years ago. Uh-maze-ing flippy floppies!
Please ensure your little piggies look good. I know it's been a while since some of our feet have seen day light, but c'mon now......i don't want to see your nasty yellow overgrown toenails. Ewww........

Flip flops do have a shelf life. Once you have literally worn them out, throw them out. Don't be so damn cheap!
