Sound the alarms, Shannon's back! Everything is falling into place with the job, the house, and my friends wedding now that it's finished. And it all fell into place, just in time for the newest Bartender launch on BaubleBar. My local girl crush, Ms Courtney Kerr has created a phenomenal line collection with BaubleBar. GET TO KNOW JEWELRY LINE ALEX AND ANI

Some time I ago I found a beautiful bangle bracelet at Nordstrom that featured Mother Mary that I became enamored with. There was another bracelet with the zodiac symbols that I dug and dug through many times over trying to find the Aries symbol. I couldn't find my zodiac, so after I purchased Mother Mary, I went home and began googling to find who the designer was and where I could purchase more. And that's when I found Alex and Ani.

Carolyn Rafaelian is the creator and designer for Alex and Ani, which she named after her first two daughters. She believes that each person brings a positive message to this world and "by incorporating powerful symbolism and energy into each piece, the wearer can express their individuality in a spiritual way". Her designs range from various religious symbols, to sport teams, to collegiate affiliations and birthstones. Each piece of jewelry is created by hand, is eco friendly and made in America.

I bit the bullet and purchased my first pieces from JewelMint about a week ago. They enticed me with their 2 for $29 deal, and of course, being weak to great deals, I folded. But i purchased these two great statement necklaces that are surprisingly light weight. They are going to look great this spring and summer without feeling like a brick around my neck. It is Texas, and we all know jewelry in 100+ degree weather never works well.

Roses are Gold

I may have been super sick on Black Friday and couldn't go out, but I did take advantage of the online deals on Black Friday. Bauble Bar hooked it up with their best buried bauble IMO. They had the initial necklaces (above) for a whole $10! Sadly though, as I type this, I found it's not for sale anymore. Guess everyone bought it!

My other favorite purchase is the below rose gold skull bracelet. It's kind of gothic, yet super girly with the rhinestones. This bracelet comes in silver & noir (here & here). Nina Garcia + BaubleBar

We already know my love for BaubleBar (see here & here). Well, add in the fabulous Nina Garcia and I smell a winner. Nina Garcia has such a powerful voice and an amazing eye in fashion and that same passion transferred over seamlessly to her collaboration with BaubleBar. So far BaubleBar has released 3 trends: bejeweled, chain links & color blocks. We have to wait 1 more week for her final trend to be released.

Make A Statement

Make a statement in one of falls hottest colors, Burgundy. Whether you wear a grand statement necklace or bold bangles in your arm party, these burgundy hues add a hint of class and sophistication to any outfit. Luxury & Decadence: Shourouk

I love when I stumble upon a new designer (new to me). It's like finding that lipstick you thought you lost in an old purse! That's exactly how I felt today while i surfed Style.com during lunch. Parisian designer Shourouk Rhaiem's collection for Net-a-Porter is just stunning. I can't decide which I enjoy more, the Phoenix necklace {sold out} or the pink Swarovski cuff. All pieces are equally beautiful and would be a valuable piece to add to one's collection.

How beautiful are these pieces? So simple & understand, yet so beautiful. Anthropologie always has the most beautiful jewelry. You can always find pieces at any price point. Special Delivery

IT'S ON IT'S WAY!! Final got the chance to order this beauty last week from Bauble Bar and I got the email stating it's on the way! And i'm "patiently" waiting for it to be delivered. And by patiently, I mean, even though I just got the email, I'm checking the mail and my front door everyday. {just in case snail mail decided to drink some red bull and speed up their delivery} Until then i will stare at this beauty and check the online tracker to see where she's at. Currently she is on a plane from New York. How long is the flight to Dallas again?

{Arm} Party Swag

Anyone who knows me, knows i've been rocking the arm party for years! Even before the Manrepeller coined the popular phrase. Yes, I rocked the giant bracelets. I've even been known for wear close to 75 super thin multicolored bangles at any given point. (Let's be real, the only thing stopping me from wearing more was that i didn't have anymore.)

But since then my arm party has evolved from a drunken frat party look, to a more streamlined, functional, yet fun arm party. I'm absolutely obsessed with a 2 key pieces that I wear everyday. And if i don't wear them, i feel naked. A strong to brilliant greenish yellow to moderate or strong yellow green.

Isn't that a fun word? Forget that, isn't it a fun color? I'm loving hints of a bright chartreuse with any outfit. Especially with an all black & gray ensemble. It adds just the right amount of POC to any outfit. I adore the DanniJo necklace. In fact I'm sitting here waiting for my new chartreuse heels from Shoedazzle to make a magical appearance on my front door step. Hope it's soon! I've got a great pair of leopard shorts that need a little POC with them.

Ummm, did someone forget to tell the accessories whore about Bauble Bar??? Holy neon bib necklaces batman! This site is crazy good! My left arm went numb and I had to pop a Bayer to get my heart going again when I found this site! I've been on this site everyday looking for my next fix! Between the turquoise-ball bib necklace and all the day glow necklaces, I'm gonna need a new wall to affix hooks to! Please do yourself a favor, and visit Bauble Bar today!

A Girl and Her Accessories

There's two things I'm addicted to; Starbucks Iced Coffee & accessories. It's hard for me to go into a department store and not beeline for the jewelry section. Rings, bracelets & necklaces, oh my! I tried my best to say no to the beautiful coral layered necklace & neon yellow links bracelet at H&M. And i also tried to say no to the gold Mary medallion bracelet Nordstrom. But there was no saying no to the House of Harlow Black Sunburst necklace. No, see that I needed. It complete's the set. I think i'm going to need a new jewelry box & more hooks on the wall. Oh well, it's worth it!!!

My Target Obsession

Ok anyone who knows me, knows i'm obsessed with Target. I go to Target every Sunday even if i don't need anything. Target has everything i need and don't need, but still buy anyways. If they only sold gas, MAC, NYX, Kiehl's and Victoria Secret under garments, I'd really only shop there. Target makes me happy. it makes my credit cards sad, but sometimes, sacrifices must be made when Target decides to bring out leopard print wedges or when I decide i need yet another pair of leggings. So picture my surprise when I see that Target had a Fall 2012 Brand Preview and I wasn't invited! Blasphemy! I'd be lying if I said i wasn't a wee bit sad, but then I saw the pictures from the event. I am so excited! Leopard, Navajo, lots of arm party potential!! Oh this fall is going to be insanely fashionable. Take a look for yourself!
